THE POSITION:

Manager needed to provide direction/guidance to a staff of 200 employees. Maintain the efficient operation of juvenile detention & residential treatment services in multiple locations, in secure facilities. 

Must have master’s degree in behavioral or social science or directly related field, min of 3 years senior mgmt and five yrs exp with adolescent/residential care of at-risk youth.  ACA or similar accreditation exp is preferred.
