Cancellation Policy: Participants who wish to cancel their registration must do so no later than ten business days prior to the start date of the course. Those who cancel fewer than ten days prior to the start date will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee. No refunds are given after the start of a course.

Participants may register for all ICM courses online using this registration form. Once a registration is received, participants will receive an acknowledgement via e-mail. We recommend participants register early to avoid being placed on a waiting list.

National Programs: Between four and six weeks before the start date of a course, participants will receive a confirmation. ICM advises participants not to make any non-refundable travel arrangements until a course is confirmed. Course completion certificates will be given only to those participants who attend every session and who have made full tuition payment.

Web Courses: ICM will e-mail participants login information needed to access course websites after full tuition payment is received. After logging in, participants will be prompted if any software upgrades are needed to view course materials (upgrades are free and self-installing).

Hotel Information:
Participants should make hotel reservations directly with the hotel. Please reference The National Center for State Courts/Institute for Court Management when making reservations in order to receive the discounted room rate.
