Course Overview:
REGISTRANTS COURSE START TIME IS FROM DATE OF THEIR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT FOR A 3-MONTH DURATION.

This course is designed to build a sequential understanding of the fundamentals of caseflow management and the skill sets necessary to perform effective case management. The course also addresses typical issues involved in caseflow management as well as the National Association of Court Management39s core competencies. Each course module contains resource links, reading exercises, assessment instruments and video segments to assist participants in addressing unit competencies.

This on-line course requires the use of a computer connected to the internet and is designed to be self directed. The course content is presented in modules containing media components, PDF and Word files. Participants have 24/7 access to the course materials. Self-assessment quizzes provide immediate feedback on comprehension and reinforce the learning objectives. Instructor comments and responses to questions are provided through threaded discussion capabilities.

Participants have access to the course materials for three months from the date of registration and payment. Participants requesting a certificate for completing the course will be required to do the following:

1. Complete all self-assessment quizzes with a minimum of 70% accuracy.
2. Complete and submit the course evaluation survey.
3. Request certificate from ICM Registrar via email.
