Course Overview:
Early Bird Tuition Discount ---Register and pay by January 26, 2010, $745. After January 26, $845---
Any participant who registers and pays for any 2010 National Program at least ninety days before the start date of the course will receive a $100 tuition discount. In addition, any participant who registers and pays for any two 2010 National Programs that run sequentially during the same week --- i.e., Fundamental Issues of Caseflow Management and Jury Management --- will receive an additional $100 tuition discount. Discounts exclude the CMP Concluding Seminar, CEDP Phase II, III, and IV.

Assess the effectiveness of your court’s caseflow management system and learn how to develop a system that ensures timely and just disposition of all cases in collaboration with stakeholders. Learn the fundamentals of caseflow management, strategies to create or enhance your court’s caseflow management program, and how to adopt an effective differentiated case management plan.

Unnecessary delay diminishes justice and increases the cost of litigation however, delay is not inevitable. Participants will be able to reduce the size and age of their pending case inventory and streamline caseflow processes by adopting the fundamentals taught in this class.

This course satisfies the requirement for Phase I of CEDP and CMP.
